Used Regina's cat hotel for the first time this week. My cat stayed for 4 days. Regina is very friendly and caring. Her facility is more suited for cats and better than any of the big chain facilities around GTA. The cat cabins were large (5ft * 3 ft) and she gives them lots of outdoor time! I have left my cat in Regina's care many times over the last 20+ years. She is a genuine caring person and I have always been able to go on vacation without a single worry about Maggie's care. Her "cat house" is air conditioned, exceptionally clean, and the large individual units have ample space for each cat. The cats each have their turn to play in the common area and the room overlooks the broad expanse at the rear of the house, with a view of lots of birds, etc. Regina was recommended to me by my Veterinarian, whose practice she previously worked in. I have recommended her service to many friends, and would not hesitate to again. My cat has passed and I now have a small dog.
