There were 3 staff in the store - one was in training - and they were all very helpful and pleasant. They signed us up quickly and didn't make a fuss about it being late for our appointment. They gave us a big bag of treats for the pup, checking in about allergies just in case, before handing it over, and gave us a thorough tour of the washing station before leaving us to get on with the job. There were several choices of shampoos and conditioners; professional grooming restraint system; copious amounts of microfiber towels; an air dryer; and even an apron for me. Getting the pup in and out was easy peasy with the aid of a little staircase. There was no rush, even though on weekends you do need an appointment. During the week you don't. Cost is only $12 plus tax. Totally worth it.

The staff were absolutely amazing in answering all of my emails/check ins to ensure Bella was okay. They reassured me with videos and photos that she was doing well. My sister went to go pick Bella up since my flight was delayed, and Bella didn't want to leave! Rather than going to my sister (who she knows and sees almost every day), Bella ran back to the Jet Pet staff because she didn't want to leave! I'm so grateful and appreciative for everyone that works here for the efforts they all made to ensure Bella was comfortable during her stay! She can't wait to go back!!!

From start to finish, Mark Hussain helped up with choosing our carpet, installation and making a runner from our leftover carpet. Mark was very accommodating and updated us throughout the whole process and made sure our carpets were installed by "our schedule" as we had a vacation planned and wanted to get them installed before leaving. I found it on their website and went in to order it, a gentleman named Nick helped track one down (the last one!) and had it shipped in to the store for me to pick up.
