He measured my floor space incorrectly and did not have room for the extra section to be built onto the vanity....one of the main reasons for the remodel and I did NOT get that. Left out a light, a light switch and a few other items but was trying to charge me for them. Pretty much wasted money all the way around. He did fair construction but do NOT do business with this man without a contract that has been checked by a lawyer...my advise to you. I was very sick at the time , the reason this man got by with this mess...also the reason I did not sue to have bath made to agreement.

I had T&H renovate our master bathroom two years ago. It was awful. What was supposed to take weeks…read moretook several months, with the workers sometimes at my house to 2 a.m. in the morning! Other times they would show up in the morning and sit outside looking at their phones for hours while there was work to do. They installed mismatched tiles in the shower and scratched up and chipped the granite countertop on the vanity. The tile on the drain cracked in two places and I had to replace it myself. They left some of the molding unpainted and then got white paint on the walls, so I had to repaint much of the bathroom including adding some molding they did not replace and then painting much of it so it would look more professional. I've had just about every room in the house renovated and this was, by far, the most horrible experience and workmanship I've experienced as a house owner. I thought I was through with them and would never have to see them again, but now the shower is leaking into the dining room ceiling below. They said it's been more than a year so it's not covered. I'm going to find a real contractor who can do the job correctly. Safe yourself the trouble and start somewhere else.

They started strong (albeit late) and it rapidly went downhill from there. Poor placement of items, a complete lack of communication, and many many days where no one showed up at all. The job that was only supposed to take a few weeks ended up taking months. Repeated calls and texts went unanswered. After they finally finished, we found that a pipe in the bathroom had burst and the dry wall was wet along with the floor. Many phone calls later they finally came out and replaced the dry wall... leaving the mess outside the building for us to deal with and the light fixture dangling from the wall. Guess they couldn't be bothered to replace it. More phone calls and finally someone answered. I asked if they were going to come back and finish, and was told that they "weren't in the office but would call me back". You'll be shocked to know I never received that call. The only reason for two stars was the work they did on the deck. I would not recommend this company at all. Super disappointed with the entire experience.
