We were able to get permits, move electrical, a plumbing vent, install LVL beams, set support posts in the basement, and have everything inspected in record setting time. As the other reviewer mentioned - GCB were also fastidiously clean! (Which was even more impressive since they refinished the drywall at the end of the job and it typically makes a huge mess) Let me tell you, there was NO MESS. They even rinsed off my houseplant.
