It is pristine and looks brand new. My steps look amazing too. They are in a heavy traffic area and were very worn and dirty looking. The cleaning made the pattern become noticeable again and the edges of the steps are no longer dirty. They were on time and worked very hard to complete the job in a timely manner. Kudos to Jim and his assistant for a job well done.

I had…read moreused another carpet service 2 years ago and after only one month, the carpet looked terrible. I was hesitant to use another professional cleaning service, but when I received a coupon in the mail for Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning, I thought why not try it, the carpet can't look any worse then it does. I called the number on the coupon and made an appointment. That process was very easy and pleasant to set up. Karen Keeney of Oxi Fresh came to my home October, 2017. I was very impressed with her honesty and professionalism. However, the best part of using Oxi Fresh is how great our family carpet looked after she cleaned it. That was in October and the carpet still looks good. This past Thursday, I had her come to clean my living room and dining room carpet which is plush and over 40 years old. The carpet looks great, and even though it is very humid outside, the carpet was dry in less then 24 hours ! Unfortunately, we do have urine stains from our two cats and Karen was honest about the spots and lingering smell. I would highly recommended using Karen Keeney and Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning Service! She did such a great job we requested for her to come back and also do a deep cleaning of the house we were going to be moving out of. She did a job that was just as fantastic as the first one. In fact, she even cleaned an area that I was planning on doing myself, because she thought that would help take away some stress caused by the move. Overall, great communication, reasonably priced service and very punctual, and the carpet looks fantastic! Would definitely recommend.
