Colorwheel was significantly higher but we wanted the better quality installation and customer service normally provided from a small business. After paying a much higher price for new carpet and installation we were shocked to find the carpet infested with carpet beetles. While we can't prove the carpet was infested prior to installation we can say that in over 10 years in this home we never saw any form of bugs in the house carpet. We do find it suspicious that the Colorwheel employees that installed the carpet mentioned immediately following the installation that our old carpet was infested with stink bugs, again we had never seen a bug in our home prior to this carpet installation. I would be curious to know if anyone else has had a similar incident with colorwheel carpet.

Plumber was sent out for accurate estimate and the plumber asked me if I wanted him to bill me directly for his services because Color Wheel would add 10% to his estimate. Of course I said "yes". Plumber then informed me that he would have to check with Color Wheel to see if it was ok with them!! Long story short, I received an astronomical estimate from the plumber and was given a different, higher estimate from Color Wheel after plumber. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this business!

Worst customer service experience ever. I took two rugs in to be cleaned. The first time I came…read moreback they were not ready. When I went back a second time they could not find them. They then refused to refund the cost of cleaning the rugs or the cost of replacing them. Now I have to go to District Court to sue them to recoup the cost of the two rugs plus the cleaning fees. Do yourself a favor. Either clean your own rugs or take them else where. This disaster of a "business"is nothing but a problem waiting to happen for their customers. I would definitely not spend thousands of dollars here buying rugs and carpets to have installed in your home. Imagine how badly that could go? I give them an "F" for customer service.

My 93 year old Mom had waterproof vinyl flooring installed in April of 2022. But the tile started…read moreto separate in the middle causing a couple of tiles to crack. So I went to Carpet Tile Mart mid August to ask for service to repair and replace two tiles. I showed them pictures and they scheduled a contractor to come out a few weeks later, on September 12th. A contractor did come out and he looked at it and told my Mom he would be back the following week to fix it. He never came back. So I went back to Carpet Tile Mart in October to complain and the manager there, Mark, claimed this contractor was "very busy", but he assured me that the contractor Bill would be in contact. Still no response. So I went back in November to complain again and Mark said he just texted Bill and that he would be in contact with us. Thanksgiving went by, still not repaired. So my sister contacted Carpet Tile and finally in December, she got a response that Bill would be coming out to fix the floor on Monday, Dec 18th. We waited all day and no one showed, or contacted us to say they couldn't make it. Finally after Christmas, my sister contacted the manager of Carpet Tile and he basically said "sorry, it is out of my hands". That the contractor was an outside contractor for Carpet Tile. Then on December 22nd, Bill left a message saying he would send someone out on Wednesday, December 26th. My sister actually talked to him and he assured her his assistant would call 30 minutes before arrival because he lives very close to my mother's house. This was on December 26th. This was a full 4 months after I initially went to Carpet Tile to request service for my mother. The guy never showed up. If I could give them minus zero stars I would but because I can't, they get one star for the most terrible service after installation. I think it is so disrespectful of a company to wash their hands of an issue instead of trying to resolve it. They just lost a very loyal customer. We have been using Carpet Tile Mart for over 40 years. Very sad. I'm writing this as a business owner and I would never run my company like that and leave the customer hanging for over four months.
