The owner, Brandon C, is exceedingly rude. Apparently he rang my doorbell; however, unbeknownst to me, my doorbell was malfunctioning. When I texted him to let him know that I saw their van in my driveway and now it was gone, he replied they were here for 16 minutes, rang the doorbell and no one answered. When I replied that my doorbell must not be working and to please knock, he texted, "Fix your doorbell." I told him this isn't the way to speak to a customer to which he responded, "I'm declining this job." He will not respond to my phone calls. Go somewhere else! Without a doubt, this is a five star company. I've owned a carpet cleaning company in the past, over-worked a method to remove a stain and actually removed carpet dye at a lady's house. Brandon was able to save me from having to replace the lady's entire floor of carpets (she had to have it all match). He was able to dye the carpet stain/spot to an exact match. Like other posters, they came recommended. We have antique rugs. Large beautiful hand knotted Persian and Iranian rugs. Our rugs have been appraised in the tens of thousands of dollars. We called, discussed their qualifications and decided to use them. When I got my rugs back, every single rug (6 total cleaned) were damaged! From fading, to frays, they were all damaged. We paid $1800 to get these rugs clean and they are ruined. I called to discuss and the owner blamed me, said it was moth damage or some such bull sh!t excuse. Said he was on a job site and would call me back-that was 2 months ago. I've attached before and after pics of one rug. Stay away from this place. I'm not sure what's worse, the fact they ruined antique rugs, or they treated a customer so poorly. There was ZERO accountability for their terrible work. read more

This is an awful company run by extremely rude people. I booked online after talking with the owner, who had agreed to dye several bleach spots going up my stairs and had given an estimate of the cost. Then immediately after booking, the owner (I assume) called to tell me they were not interested in doing the job and were taking me off the schedule, then disconnected my call. Highly recommended so I opted to go professional rather than renting a do it yourself rug cleaner. Cleaners showed up promptly on a Friday to clean three bedrooms plus a walk in closet. They completed the job in a timely manner. I paid for the service that day. One cleaner made the comment about the difficulty cleaning builder grade carpet/pad. When I mentioned one bedroom did not have a ceiling fan, he suggested leaving the window open. Since the house is obviously unoccupied, I thought he was joking. I asked how soon we could move in furniture, he said 24 hours. I returned to the house on Saturday and upon walking into that one room, my socks were saturated. I immediately returned with fans, beach towels and paper towels to soak up excess water. On Sunday, the stench of mold was apparent upon entering the house. I have been in contact with the business since Sept 17 via webform, text messages, and voice mails. There has been ZERO response. This has turned into an expensive venture as we are replacing the pad and carpet plus purchasing a HEPA grade air purifier. Would NOT recommend this business to anyone. read more

This company scammed me! They came recommended from a carpet company in Lexington and said they could re-dye from an accidental carpet bleaching I had. Their website and video showed how they repaired this type of damage. When they came to my house, I watched some of what they were doing and then the wife had to leave to go get a spray bottle which I thought was weird. First red flag! You would think a professional company would be prepared with supplies needed to do the job. From what they showed in their video, re-dying the carpet by using a syringe to color correct the bleaching area. They used a spray bottle which the wife came back with. They said it needs to dry and would be back next visit. Carpet dries and the bleach stain was still there after second visit. Rather than saying that they can not fix my problem they give me some carpet terminology bullshit excuse to get their money. I find out from Facebook after they asked if they could post on FB, they posted my carpet area before and after pics which happened to be photoshopped because after it had dried the stain was still there. I had commented on it and they immediately deleted from Facebook only showing good reviews! Lesson learned...Never Pay In Full until job well done! A professional company would own up to their mistakes and if they can't fix it would charge the full amount. read more

Beware, these people do not stand behind their work! They charged me $1000 for 2-1/2 hours of work and then refused the follow up when we complained that we were unhappy. History: I had made an appointment to have some bleach spots removed a week ahead of time. They day came May 1, 2018 but Brandon called and said they would have to reschedule for the next week. They came the following Tuesday May 8, 2018 at 1PM. The original quote of $500-$600 based on my photos quickly turned to $1200 and I still had to pay $185 to clean 4 rooms. I said I could buy new carpet for that! They finally agreed to clean my carpets and dye the offending spots for $1000. Before I agreed I said let's do one spot. I was impressed with the color match and told them to continue. They were done by 3:30 PM and packed in a hurry so I didn't have time to really inspect their work. (That's pretty good pay for 2-1/2 hours work...) When it was wet it looked good. So I paid them cash and he and his wife left. The next day the offending spots became more visible as the areas dried and my wife was not happy. What did we pay $1000 for she asked? When I requested Brandon the owner to come back and redo the spots that were still visible he said it would cost $150 more for him to come out! He refused to come back to redo the spots unless I paid him again... Enough said! We should have just bought new carpet! read more
