They were highly responsive with our initial request for pricing and availability. The owner, Delia, leads and manages her team very well to make sure consistency not matter who shows up on a particular day Over the past ten months we have been using them they are always on-time, check in the day before, and have been flexible when our plans have changed (family visiting). Delia's team knows how to really clean- truly professionals. We have always had cleaning services in our homes for over 30 years. There are only three that we would consider exceptional and this is one of them. We feel very confident in our recommendation, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly as a reference.

First off, let's be clear that these four stars are a smidge generous, but so was 7 Pillars. I…read morewould really give them about 3.75 stars. Prior to moving into my new home I wanted to get the carpets cleaned to handle pet odor and some staining. I chose 7 Pillars as I wanted to support a small, local business and I loved that their business name seemed to indicate they are Christian-owned. At the first appointment, 7 Pillars was on time and finished the job quicker than anticipated. The estimate was substantially higher than anticipated, though not unreasonable, as they charge extra for the solutions they use for stain removal and pet odor. Unfortunately, after the carpets dried, they didn't seem to be in much better shape than before they were cleaned. So I called the company and they offered to come back and redo it free of charge. The redo appointment was canceled the day of due to an issue with their equipment- fine, don't come back yet if we're going to have the same problem. When the appointment actually happened a couple of days later, the guy was late but worked hard to address the issues and totally re-did the rooms - I would've likely been fine with just spot cleaning! Did all of the spots come out? No. Do I fault the company for that? Not after seeing how hard the man tried to make things right and after doing some research on stains. This company's integrity is worthy to be lauded but don't expect them to work full miracles on your carpet if that's what may be needed. Know that it may be more expensive than their coupon indicates. Also know that in working with a small business, there can be challenges that are annoying to the customer but be patient and remember you're supporting real people here!

I asked them to please give it back and they would not return with it. I called the company and the manager said if they can find my hose they would return it and was very dismissive. Well it was in their truck and he said the truck was in for repairs. Horrible customer service. One of the men seemed off and was patronizing and tried to act like a comedian when I asked him about a bible verse that was part of their advertisement. I felt victimized and a little traumatized after this experience. This did not happen yesterday, it happened on June 27th, 2019 but I just joined yelp. I'm sure the two men no longer work for this company and I hope the manager is gone!
