Advanced Carpet Cleaning - Couch and carpet cleaned. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Louisville, Kentucky

Canceled 3 times on us. Found another cleaner. Said it was because he heard yelling in the background. Extremely unprofessional. Edit: owner messaging me and accusing me of domestic violence and threatening to knock my teeth out Edit: owner replied with new story under review here after messaging me on yelp threatening to punch me for my review. None of what he said in his reply was said to us and owner said "he would be going home to light up the grill" instead of coming to do the job he rescheduled 3 times. read more

Chris was awesome to work with! From the first phone call to getting our carpets cleaned, we had a wonderful experience. Chris worked hard and was professional and kind. My carpets look better than they ever have. Chris was able to come within a few days of my call. He was kind and honest throughout all of our interactions. There were no hidden costs and no surprises. He got all of my carpets cleaned so beautifully quickly and efficiently. I've got 3 dogs and two kids and my carpet showed that. Now you can't even tell. I would recommend Advanced Carpet Cleaning to anyone and will certainly use them again myself. Thanks again Chris! read more

I had two area rugs cleaned that had some pet stains. Scheduling was easy and the results were great.

Chris was referred to us by a friend years ago and we have used him many times for a variety of different services. He's honest, friendly, reliable, and fair. His prices are posted on his website along with specials--no bait and switch here! He's a magician when it comes to stain removal, too! He'll continue to be my go-to guy and I recommend him to all of my friends. read more

This company was able to get me scheduled for service rather quickly which was great. The tech providing the cleaning service was professional, on time, and communicated well--letting me know when he was on the way, when he arrived and when he was done (I was at work). I would have given it 5 starts except that I said in the reservation not to clean the stairs as that costs more. The tech ended up cleaning the stairs so my cost was more than the original quote. I was extremely busy at work so I just paid it over the phone as I didn't have time to dispute it. That was a little disappointing. I'd use them again, as I'm sure that was oversight that could happen anywhere. read more

I rarely review so trust me when I say that I am impressed. Chris was very respectful and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and really did take out a carpet stain that I thought surely would be there for life. I also appreciated that he responds to a text or call in a timely manner. Oh, and last but not least, Advanced is way more reasonable than all the others I called! Overall, my advice is to call him!! read more

Always out to support a small owned business and this is why! Pet odor is gone, carpets look new and it was done professional. A little disregarded that he quoted me for the square footage and when he arrived tried to change our conversation. Got what I paid for and hopefully next house will be carpet free ! read more

I used Chris and Advanced Carpet Cleaning a while back, trying to put a house up for sale. The pandemic meant stopping and re-starting again now. I called Chris again for a touch-up and was just as happy with his job this time. Two best things about him: Fair quotes/prices so you don't have to wonder if you're getting cheated and his professionalism and work ethic come from the fact that it's HIS business and he cares about his reputation and word-of-mouth. I would recommend him any time for any carpet cleaning job. It's so nice to get what you pay for and to be treated fairly read more

The five stars for Chris and his Company Advanced Carpet Cleaning is completely accurate. I called on a Tuesday morning and he was able to schedule me in for a chair pet odor cleaning on Wednesday. I had spoken with him about the process as I know getting cat urine out of anything is difficult and he assured me he would be able to use a product that would get it out. I've had this chair for years and it's in such great shape I was devastated when my cat decided it would be his new litter box. Chris quoted the price to me over the phone and I made my appointment right then. I had told Chris that my fiancé would be at my apartment as I would be at work and he had no problem with that. After getting home I learned that the price quoted was the price paid and the chair did look and smell exceptionally better! I have bought a plastic cover to now put over it after it dries and hope my chair stays in better shape. My fiancé indicated that Chris was not only on time, but ten minutes early and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in the process. He gave a two hour window and surpassed our expectations. I'm sure once the chair dries I will be even more thrilled. If I ever need anything else professionally cleaned I will be giving him a call again! Highly recommend! read more

BTW we just booked him for THANKSGIVING! read more
