After I reached out I was prompted with the solution and was told they were waiting for a part that had to be shipped from the dealer. I was told multiple times it was expected the next day. Additionally the service advisor said he would call me back which never happened. The only contact was initiated by me. Finally when the part came in after waiting two weeks I finally received a phone call but I was told the part they were waiting for wasn't actually the problem, it was a connection instead. I advised the service employee multiple times I was paying for a rental and time was a factor. I was charged for multiple diagnostics and charged two times for the part received. Based on service I would not recommend this shop.
