My husband and I just finished our maternity session with Alicia this morning! She's so friendly and personable. She really tries to make you feel comfortable, and gets to know your story. My husband and I are just awkward when it comes to having our pictures taken, but we did have fun! She also brought her puppy Dasher who jumped on us when we sat down on the sand lol! He was cute and a great assistant haha! We are so excited to see our photos! Even what she showed us on her camera halfway through taking photos, were already amazing! Would really recommend her for your next session! Her rates are super affordable for what you can get on the island and I love her work that she posts on her Instagram and on her website. UPDATE: We got our photos back last week (2 week turn around but I wasn't expecting them that soon tbh!) and they ARE BEAUTIFUL. With weight gain and a changing body, this is the least confident about myself I've ever felt, but she made me feel beautiful in the photos. We love showing them off to our friends and family. I spent a lot of time trying to find a photographer before our trip. Searched people's photos on Facebook. All were great but I kept finding myself back with this photographer. The pure candidness. The excitement. I went with my gut and I am so glad I did! Not only did Alicia help with everything from my thoughts and imagination of what I'd like, she helped me with what to wear and look like for our beautiful anniversary session.
