I stayed there on business for a week. Upon arrival, the hotel grounds are beatifically kept…read more However, the rooms leave a lot to be desired. From the front reception desk to the actual what they call Forest rooms it is about a block-long walk. Once I got to my room there were two what look like cots for beds. The mattress's were awful 2 inch thick slabs. One pillow & one throw pillow on each cot. the throw blankets were gross, to say the least. There was a tiny cell phone that wasn't connected to reach the front desk. They don't have air conditioning in the rooms so you have to open the sliding glass doors without screens - letting in all the bugs from outside. The bathrooms are open and only two towels & 2 small rolls of toilet tissue are given. No-wash cloths, soap bars, only a generic wall dispenser. The shower runs out of hot water fast. Overall cleanliness was a 4 on a scale of 1-10. Trying to sleep on the slab was bad enough, but the house cleaning people didn't respect the hanging "Privacy" tags on the door, constantly walking in each day. I would have to say the best part of the stay was the coffee. I would NOT recommend.

3.5 stars Came here…read morewith a few local friends while vacationing in Denmark and honestly, this place exceeded my expectations. Not saying that this was the best sushi I've ever had (not even close), but considering we were in Denmark, this place was good lol! They have a very extensive menu (appetizers, sushi, skewers, etc.) and we ordered a few things to try and most of them were good. I was blown away by their vegetarian sushi like the avocado sushi and eggplant sushi. They were very interesting (in a good way) and delicious. The raw fish tasted fresh. The service was just okay; it took a while to get the food despite the restaurant was less than half full.

I forgot to take a picture! It's a pretty darn good sushi restaurant! You can't get a better view…read more Outside is very nice -beautiful views of the marina and people really enjoying themselves. Inside has great views as well. The doors are wide open with good air circulation. The sushi menu is in ENGLISH bonus!!! I'm getting better at the Danish menus, but it was a nice break for the evening. Lots of choices! You can't eat as much as you want to. The waitress recommended the cauliflower as an appetizer. I say skip it. Get the sisters sashimi tray. It was nicely served. The rolls are also well done. I wanted salad and some of the "sticks" part of the menu, but what we had was plenty. Next time. And there will be a next time for certain. Next time I'm having dessert too! And pictures...

My friend and I arrived for an early dinner at half past five and chose this place over the other…read morerestaurants. There was plenty of room inside and outside so we were offered to sit where we wanted. On a summerday the exterior seating is perfect. The food selection is ok, but not huge; yet I trust this ensures a decent quality and consistency. The waitresses were young but yet attentive to our needs, I doubt they have a huge knowledge of the wines, but not a problem as we ordered cokes ;-) The food was nicely arranged, served freshly cooked, and the taste was great. After having our coffee we sat there enjoying the evening and talking; I guess we sat there for an hour or so without any disturbance from the waitresses, I really liked not having the feeling of being "kicked out". Highly recommended.

The safe choice @ Rungsted Harbour…read more This place delivers quality food and service, and has done that for years at this prestigious harbor in Northern Zealand. The menu's little and consists of a lunch menu, and a dinner menu. The lunch menu consists of different salads and open faced sandwiches. The choices are a blend of typical danish specialities, along with some french "bistro"-influence. All choices of the menu can be recommended but I especially enjoy their Fried Fish-filet with Remoulade on top of Rye Bread. Really Good. Crispy on the outside, Soft and well prepared on the inside. At night, go for their Moules Frites (mussels with french fries) or go for a steak. When you choose to dine here, you're guaranteed a decent level of quality and service. My go-to place at the harbor. Prices are also pretty fair in my opinion (98 kr for my Fish Filet at Lunch).
