Example of a normal exotic cart cartridge...

If I could give zero stars that's what I would rate this dispensary... I bought four cartridges there today, they are NOT the said product, they are self made garbage, who knows what is in this. If you think I am being harsh just look at the photos of these cartridges. I then included a reference from online of what the liquid is supposed to look like. I was ripped off, thanks, you lost a customer.

I haven't used a brass knuckles cart in several months and decided to get one here. The o-ring seal on the bottom of the cylinder was defective and when the oil got hot, it leaked and fell apart. I was told "all sales final" I also have my own scale and weigh my product when I get home. I got skimped on their 5g for $40 shelf and only got 3.7g. Furthermore... I tried to get two of the 5 for 40's and was overall skimped 2.6g. That would've been another day of medicine, and I actually need it. I also got skimped at cloud99. One of the worse stores I've ever been too! The oil in the carts I got was not the oil that's normally in them. I brought a normal cart with me to show him what they look like and he was so rude and told me he could give 2 craos that they didn't look right to me. He was a dick! This was the only shop I went to, the customer service was great, but my last visit ruined everything for me. I got some bunk and they could've switched out like they have done several times before but this time I got attitude. There's better shops who treat customers better. read more

Been coming to this place for over a year now ATLEAST twice a week to pickup for me and my girl. At first it was a dope place and people were nice. Now its under new management I assume and is complete garbage. The "vibe/atmosphere" is way off. Always new staff and I have to explain the daily deal to them every single time... like come on train the people working of the very basics atleast. They use to have a great point system and they changed it without even notice to stamp cards. Then apparently change how it works AGAIN. The big lady working security now is also very rude. Should treat your regulars right. No i wasn't asking for any "extra" and I tipped often. I would recommend going elsewhere if you are looking for a regular shop. read more

Good prices and deals but if you're looking for carts find someplace else. The carts here are fake. The first hit is good but everything else after that, especially the closer you get to the bottom, is very harsh and taste like chemicals. Juice is not worth the squeeze. read more

Its like walking into a Trap House thats disguised as a legit business. I have been buying hear exclusively for over a year now. Buy 5 g of wax every time. This time, all 5 packs of wax ALL taste like burnt RUBBER and PLASTIC. Clearly a bad batch. No exchanges for a regular customer. They wont even let me return it until they get a new batch. I was told "I dont complain when I get a bad bit of weed from my dispensary." Lamest ass fake stoners ive ever seen. Now i'm left with $100 of HORSESHIT. read more

I haven't lived in Bakersfield very long and was struggling to find a dispensary....until I found The Cannabliss! All of the budtenders are super knowledgeable and nice, and the shop has a great selection of vape, edibles, and oh so much flower!!! Today was my 4th or 5th time stopping by and my first time coming on a Saturday. There's always been plenty of budtenders so I've never waited long despite the steady flow customers. Ellie, Owen, and Bee were behind the counter today and they are awesome! Ellie was my budtender and I was so impressed by her thoughtfulness and expertise! I'm no newbie but always appreciate recommendations...the 2 I chose were Ellie's recommendation and I AM HAPPY!!! Did I mention how reasonable the prices are?!? Quality herb for a great price...you can't go wrong! The only shop in town where you have to show ID, and the security is never there always bullshiting with someone. It takes me 30 minutes to get what I need when it should only take 5. I have been going to their shop since it opened and not one time has anyone treated me with respect or anything. Their employees are shit and so is the security. I just don't understand why they need your ID when its not even legal to buy or sell in Kern County. Anyways shop is shit dont go there. read more

Updating my review. Enissialy the point system is great. BUT sit there and watch your budtender ring you in and put in your points. They say it's 1 point for every $10 you spend. I have spent HUNDREDS multiple times at this shop and when I asked how many points I had 1. ONE . Tell me how that works? Don't trust when they stand there with your money in your hand and don't put your money away until you walk out. read more

Came by today , first time in a while , first thing you smell when you get out of the car is dank , the wait wasn't long , I almost sat down before I was called but the security was too quick . I just recently started coming to this shop and now it's my go to! Always got some bomb weed with a variety of strains. Tenders are fast and friendly while serving. They offer deals when available too! Not only that but I've seen one too many dirty dispensaries and these guys seem to stay on top of their cleanliness.
