From start to finish, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive--never pushy, so kind & just totally focused on making sure I was happy, and that I got exactly what I wanted. After weeks of researching new cars, I finally started visiting dealerships... but 6 days & 7 dealships later, I was literally about ready to give up. As a woman buying a new car alone, I was having a difficult time finding someone who I was confused stressful/confusing interactions at over half a dozen other dealerships, so when I walked into Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale to meet with Jim, it was truly a breath of fresh air!!! I cannot emphasize how thankful I am that I found him because he made me feel completely comfortable and respected every step of the way. He never talked to me like I was dumb, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I felt confident in every decision I was making. He took the time to answer all my questions (sometimes multiple times, lol), he walked me through every detail, and made the entire process feel so easy and stress-free. Honesty, integrity, kindness and the willingness to go to bat for you. The experience from start to end was pleasant and painless. From Jim Trafficanta to Blake Williams, I couldn't ask for a better team. I NEVER BUY EXTRA WARRANTY! Yet somehow I walked out with 2 add-ons! Why? Because they were honest, laid it all out for me, answered any questions I had and at no point did I feel pressured. This should be EVERY car buying experience.
