Not good at all! I walked my dog into the office as told to buy my vet which was a friend of Dr…read moreKube. Two and a half hours later my dog never walked again! They completely paralyzed my dog by rushing it on a Friday! Not only did they call me and expect me to get there from Waltham within minutes but then told me they preferred cash so I had to go to the bank and they called me five times while in line in front of the teller which made me look ridiculous. To the point where I had to tell them if they wanted to get paid they better just sit and wait. Was then told when I got there Good thing they waited because then they could explain better what was going on. WHICH THEY COULD NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING BECAUSE THE MRI THEY GAVE HIM WAS COMPLETELY BOGUS! The pictures could not even determine anything, ended up carrying my dog out and then the weekend passed I brought him back Monday and they tried charging me again $2,500 more dollars for medicines and fluids which I then told them that should be out of their pocket in which they said HE DOESN'T NEED IT NOW AND YOU CAN LEAVE! So who knows what they did with my dog that Monday night, then I pulled him out and brought him to a specialist for 3 and 1/2 weeks in which they gave him another MRI and had a perfect picture clear as day. Basically they rushed and they COMPLETELY PARALYZED MY PUREBRED ROTTWEILER. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GO TO THEM I WENT TO THEM UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY WERE GOOD AND THEY ARE NOT!!!! THEY ARE NOT SYMPATHETIC, THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME THAT I SIGNED A WAIVER BLAH BLAH BLAH WHICH MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IF YOU LOOKED THAT UP PEOPLE! Do your research, You can still sue from malpractice even though you signed paperwork. Not that that changes anything when you're beloved child with four legs cannot walk and now you have 125 lb suitcase that you have to come home to every single day and clean him up. All they see is money they see dollar signs and ways to tack on more for you to pay. It's truth and I caught them in it and there is no way for them to back out of it. They flat out tried to charge me $2,500 and then in the same sentence told me that he did not need it because I wanted them to put the bill! How do you back out of that one??? Please tell me I assume you know who I am! Feel free to reach out

We felt certain he was in very good hands with Dr. Kube and knew he was being loved by all of the staff while he was in their care. I would highly recommend Veterinary Neurology and Pain Management Center of New England to anyone with a pet with neurological issues!

I absolutely love this place. My Lab Tango has a chronic condition from his fall this Spring and…read morewe've been slowly rehabilitating him. He comes at a set schedule, with joy and laughter from the staff who already know him. He anticipates the visits so much that as soon as I turn the corner on Merrimack Road, he starts barking and whining and his tail is moving like a helicopter from the excitement. When we enter, we go to the Water Treadmill for 25 minutes of good exercise, followed by laser therapy and agility exercises. Despite a few setbacks (hard to control a Lab who feels good and wants to jump and re injure himself) he has been making consistent progress. Through Horse 'n Hound, we bought him a Bosu Ball that is now part of his daily therapy at home. I can't begin to praise the folks at Horse 'n Hound. They are concerned, knowledgeable, and absolutely professional.

Being closest to Amherst, I chose this place for accessibility and reputation after talking to several who had gone to them all. It was the right choice I was completely impressed by their highest level of commitment and caring starting from minute I was warmly greeted in the reception area to meeting with one of the physical therapists. This rarely seen five start treatment was consistent with EVERY visit with NO exceptions. It is obvious that the owner Jennifer Brooks takes great pride in her business in both maintaining her genuine caring dedicated staff and providing the absolute best physical animal therapy available in NH. For those who demand only the best treatment for their pet, this is "the place" to go in NH.
