The Candy Factory is a coworking space established in 2010 and located in the heart of Downtown Lancaster PA. We are a community of professionals who have found a new way to work. Coworking and shared workspaces help promote business growth, creative thinking, shared brilliance and collaboration while offering an affordable office solution for small businesses, freelancers, remote workers, and non-profits. The open space concept we provide offers up many advantages, from networking and collaboration opportunities to easy access to shared resources.

Coworking has always meant community to me and for the past eleven years, I've been preaching the benefits. From collaboration to connections, the "co" in coworking are two powerful little letters. They stand for everything that I believe makes coworking so amazing. The power of coworking is not brick and mortar, it's the people who show up each day and how we interact. It's how we come together to imagine, be creative, thrive, connect and just be ourselves. Our mission is to foster community and help spur the growth of small businesses in and around Lancaster by offering the resources and support needed to encourage that growth. We believe in supporting our remote workers who are looking to get out of their home office and be around others while getting work done.
