A second call to the restaurant by that same family member (because she was hung up on the first time) was answered by Carlos who responded pretty much the same way as Hayles did by yelling and hanging up the phone. It is hard to believe that this location got several great reviews and I had such an unpleasant experience. Never have I been treated with so much disrespect. In my opinion if this is the way the manager handles business at this location there is a serious problem.
