This seems to be the only way to get any response from this place. Last week I went for a spray tan…read morethey up sold me some pH balancing spray add-on, it was supposed to keep my expensive spray tan from looking orange. OK, I really don't expect it to be orange, but I'll bite. The tan looks orange, even after the add-on of that cream. Fast forward to this week I go back in, they informed me that they no longer have that product from a week ago, but they have a new product. I explained to them that I paid extra for something that was supposed to keep something from happening and I think it may have caused it. And they said yeah, we have something better now. This is a cream that you apply prior to your spray tan. First thing here is if you know your spray tan is going to turn people orange, maybe that issue needs to be addressed? But OK they said it's five dollars but you won't need the other one so it's really only three dollars if you want to do this one instead of the discontinued one. OK I thought maybe this one will actually work. Actually no my tan looks like a mess. It's very splotchy and literally the back of my hands look like dirt. The tan is streaky and I'm nervous about what it's gonna look like tomorrow. Also, I got a charge for $7.45, not three dollars. I have no idea what this is for and I can't get a hold of anybody to ask. Something similar happened last week with an excessive charge. So I'm heading over $100 a month for this membership, and being hit with these excess charges to prevent it from looking like a messy orange baked tan, which it now creates? Something is wrong about this.

Oh and you'll get an AI bullshit response from the "business owner" on every review even though the same issues are being brought up by multiple people and no changes are being made. Here's an idea, HIRE BETTER STAFF or teach the current staff how to do level 1 customer service. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Please note this review is not a reflection of the staff, just my personal opinion of the overall experience. The masseuse and esthetician were good however I had a few issues with the location. Located in a business park and very close to a main road right across from a high school. Upon entering the clean waiting room I was greeted and given paperwork to complete. There was a diffuser on, with a pleasant smell however the scent was extremely overwhelming...like hit you in the back of the throat, coughing overwhelming. While I waiting I noted there are two treatment rooms directly off of the waiting room, odd as I've always been to places where the check in/waiting area is separate from any treatment rooms. So close in-fact I could hear another guest talking to her masseuse. I was praying I wouldn't get the other room off the waiting area, but just my luck that was my room. My masseuse was very pleasant and did a good job. I had no issue with the service but the environment was so far from relaxing. Upon entering my room I noticed how bright it was. No overhead light but a lamp on and a large window with sheer drapes which let in a lot of light. This window also received direct sun which made the room very warm on a 100+ degree day. The massage started and I was trying to relax when there was conversation in the waiting room, a man was checking out and speaking very loud, he then excited the spa. There is a literal bell on the door handle which goes off every time someone enter or exits, if that wasn't enough there is an electronic chime that ALSO goes off every time the front door is used. I understand the purpose but it is far from relaxing hearing multiple chimes/bells when the front door is used. The bell/chimes went off multiple times during my service, very distracting. My treatment room shared the front wall of the business which has parking spots a sidewalks length away. I had the joy of hearing every car door open/close, honks from doors being locked and someone's very loud stereo, don't forget the motorcycle rev. The business is close to the road so you hear the traffic going by. I was there on a weekend so the traffic from the high school wasn't bad and most if not all businesses in the business park were closed. I can't imagine how loud it would be during the week. Following my service I was instructed to put on a robe and wait in the waiting area for my next service. I found it uncomfortable siting in my robe in a public waiting area while I held my clothes in my arms. I was then escorted to my next service, I was optimistic as I was taken back into the spa. Just my luck my next room was located with the main wall against the roadway. Thankfully I had a head wrap on and the facial steamer helped mask the sound of the passing traffic. But again, I could still hear the electronic chime every time someone used the from door. My service was good and the esthetician was pleasant and knowledgeable. I booked my appointment the night before and received multiple "reminder" texts the day of which was nice I'm on the fence if I will return or not, if I did it would only be for a facial as the environment is not relaxing for a massage in my opinion. .

A seasonal tanner, I usually slack off in the fall/winter, but I always go back. The staff has always been very friendly and knowledgable when it comes to tanning and the products they sell. They practice personal sales service and even know my name and preferences when I walk in the door. They are clean, which is a very very important thing in my book since my immune system is so weak. My monthly membership is around $20 a month for unlimited tanning, exclusive to 2 beds unless you upgrade but I've never had to wait long...only for the beds to be cleaned which I am happy to wait for. They give many opportunities to help double money you put on your account to use for upgrades as well as help offset the newly implimented tanning tax. Discounts on lotions are also included. A good value. At first I gave them 4 stars, then I realized I was deducting a star for aspects I see as negative that have nothing to do with their business. The things I don't like result from tanning in general. Things like feeling flushed, sweaty, smelly, etc. Not their doing. So 5 stars it is!
