Tina has been an inspiration for me…read more I met Tina in the fall of 2018 when I enrolled in a customer experience course at San Diego State University. Prior to the course, I wanted to begin my own marketing company. After sharing my dream with some hesitation, Tina gave me that burst of confidence to pursue my goal. She took the time to listen to my vision and gave me the tools I needed to make a successful plan. With Tina's guidance, I finished the course with a customer-focused website for my business. After the course was over, I felt a bit overwhelmed in where or how to start my business, so I reached out to Tina and asked if we could help. Tina helped ease my nerves by giving me a sense of direction. I would recommend her to anyone, not only as an instructor but genuinely caring, expert consultant.

Career and Life-Changing!…read more Working with Karie is the best investment I've ever made in my business. Even after earning a MBA from the Rady School at UC San Diego and 6 years of working hard to build my firm, she was able to absolutely revolutionize the way I run my company. Not only are revenues up 60%, my stress level and total work hours are down at least 50%. We immediately saw results on our bottom line within a month or two of working together. A year later, my whole world is different (in a good way!). I've learned to create the processes to run the business efficiently and to get the right people in the right roles. We've cleaned up the systems and prepared the business for a potential sale! I couldn't be happier with the work I've done with Karie and her team. My only regret is that I was referred to her a full year prior to working with her, and I don't know why I waited so long. Highly recommended, worth every penny and more!

Recently I attended GrowthCLUB which is a 90-Day business planning event. Often events like this…read moremake you feel great and you might leave with a lot of ideas in your head, but nothing on paper...and no actual implementation into your business. This event is the EXACT opposite. You truly leave this event with a week-by-week plan for the next quarter that is based on where your business is at today and your goals for the future. You have a full day of coaching and education that is worth easily 10x what they charge. The networking is phenomenal - and that's saying something as I attend this event virtually from Washington! Karie is a wealth of knowledge and insight and an incredible educator. I know several of her clients that she's worked with and the results they have seen in their businesses have been nothing short of AMAZING.
