Career and Life-Changing!…read more Working with Karie is the best investment I've ever made in my business. Even after earning a MBA from the Rady School at UC San Diego and 6 years of working hard to build my firm, she was able to absolutely revolutionize the way I run my company. Not only are revenues up 60%, my stress level and total work hours are down at least 50%. We immediately saw results on our bottom line within a month or two of working together. A year later, my whole world is different (in a good way!). I've learned to create the processes to run the business efficiently and to get the right people in the right roles. We've cleaned up the systems and prepared the business for a potential sale! I couldn't be happier with the work I've done with Karie and her team. My only regret is that I was referred to her a full year prior to working with her, and I don't know why I waited so long. Highly recommended, worth every penny and more!

This event is the EXACT opposite. You truly leave this event with a week-by-week plan for the next quarter that is based on where your business is at today and your goals for the future. You have a full day of coaching and education that is worth easily 10x what they charge. The networking is phenomenal - and that's saying something as I attend this event virtually from Washington! Karie is a wealth of knowledge and insight and an incredible educator. I know several of her clients that she's worked with and the results they have seen in their businesses have been nothing short of AMAZING.

The reviews made me realize that I could use Asha's services. Her website was clear and easy to navigate and schedule a session. If you're looking for someone to help you get clarity, understand your key road blocks, and develop strategies to work through them, time with Asha will be a very worthy investment into your career.

I came to her…read morebecause I was experiencing stagnation in my career and almost no results from my job searches. For the last 8 years I was stuck in a career and industry that was not my passion, which did not offer any further advancement and the financial situation was far from satisfactory. I had almost lost my hope & confidence. Asha listened to my issues, learned about my unique situation and was able to develop a very clear strategy for me as early as our initial session. After our decision to work together, she helped me overcome many hurdles and confront issues that were holding me back for many years: financial, emotional, my mindset, beliefs, and self-imposed limitations. She tailored exercises, assignments, and meetings that helped me realize my potential. She helped me apply my skills, talents and dedicate my energy to what I needed to do, to finally generate results I wanted. Asha noticed in me skills and talents that I've never knew I had. It helped me broaden my horizons and it allowed me to be open to more successful job opportunities I've had not considered before. I've completely changed the ways I've been doing things. I was able to successfully update my resume, cover letters, online presence, and most importantly my attitudes and confidence. I finally got multiple job offers, in my ideal industry, for much better income and with better growth opportunities. Now I really enjoy being interviewed, and I receive great interest and feedback from potential employers. I am being selected to move forward with the hiring process over other candidates.

As a female business owner running a publication, the developer repeatedly minimized serious functional issues by labeling them as merely "cosmetic." In reality, these were not cosmetic issues at all--they impacted presentation, credibility, and the integrity of a live publication platform. For a business website, particularly a magazine platform, those details matter. Unfortunately, this interaction revealed a deeper issue: a lack of respect for the client's standards and vision. The implication that these concerns were simply "cosmetic" reflects a misunderstanding of professional publishing and the expectations of a serious business owner. Ironically, this experience will likely become material for a future editorial discussion in my magazine's upcoming issue, as it highlights a broader and very real conversation about professionalism, accountability, and how female-led businesses are sometimes dismissed in technical industries.

I was feeling trapped and stuck, unable to see any other options for my situation. And with such grace, Portia was able to help me see where I could focus on myself and my own story and beliefs to find freedom and be in control of the situation. She helped me also to come up with an effective way to communicate with others that really opened up the possibility in the relationship instead of creating a bad relationship. What a relief that was! I feel liberated and a renewed sense of having my life the way I want it. It is funny to say that it now seems such an obvious way to go but I just couldn't without Portia really bringing it to life. She helped me take responsibility for what ever way I contributed to my situation which gave me the empowerment to change it! I feel so much better! I feel a sense of freedom and renewed excitement I can have the lifestyle I want. She really helped me to understand and grasp that I have a choice to create the life I want. I came to Kristyn with a half-imagined dream. I had a career and brand as a freelance graphic designer that I mostly enjoyed and paid the bills, but had a dream of something that felt bigger and grander in the world of music. After a few sessions with Kristyn, my half-imagined dream suddenly began to feel tangible, with both short-term and long-term goals to help get me there. This past summer, I had my first music meetup with her encouragement, built my new website, and am in the process of creating my first music course. My new brand, which now includes my music ideas came directly from our sessions. As a result I feel more connected to my design clients, and my monthly income has even increased since the brand change. I also recently took Kristyn's Sacred Business Builder Course and was floored with the amount of useful content provided combined with the love that Kristyn brings to her work. She is able to give practical marketing tips, but also ideas about how to unlock previous blocks, change your money stories, how to attract the right type of client, look at the bigger picture, and she encourages you to effect the change you were meant to in the world (and so much more). As soon as we began working together it seemed like she had tapped into things that spanned my entire life. It was like she had a window into my soul. And that is Kristyn's gift.
