Burger has great potential but if they are not allowing us to customize it to our own preference it will fail in this location. When I bit into the grilled onions it was not tender/soft it was like eating stringy rope with the burger yanking it out with my teeth . Sauce wasnt memoriable for me. Still have no idea what it consisted of even few days later. Again Bun/meat was delish driving me on eating the burger. Fries were ok- nothing to write home about. Not coming back though until they improve on some areas. This is too expensive for the mistakes/lack of customization/options for a picky person like me. If it was signifcantly less in cost I would have let it slide and bring home plain burgers and customize it at home. She was really good though... very attentive. However, we didn't get our food till 8pm. My kids did get their food first at about 7:30. The manager and server was good, the food was better but not worth going back for. There always seems to be something wrong when we go. I understand about the system outage, however, it should not have taken that long for our food. If it had based the score off of the first visit it would have been 1 star (accept the manager who was quite kind and helpful)... this one I put up to a 3.

Pancit noodles were okay - could have used a little more seasoning but I could dig it Calamansi wings were low key fire. The crisp of the wings were perfection and the meat was not tough - still nice and juicy. I would get these again. They did have other flavors available that I need to come and try as well such as adobo and salt & pepper. Servers were nice and food came out pretty fast.
