I had to wait forever to be seated then it took longer to get someone to serve us drinks. Staff yelling at each other through the kitchen window. It was a horrible experience. However, last night my family went and we were greeted immediately with a "welcome in family please have a seat". Then the waitress asked for our drinks right away. The waiter was a woman named Inez! She was very courteous and professional and treated all of us like we were her family. I highly recommend that Inez be awarded with an Employee of the Month award as she definitely deserves it! She returned to our table multiple times to to see if we were ok with everything we were served. She truly cared about getting our orders correct. She was an absolute angel and made our experience there one in which we will be back! Thank you again for not being good, but being great!
