I called four other couriers ON YELP that had 3-4-5 star ratings, and though I was able to get in touch with most people, I was promised callbacks from sales reps to create an account. FOUR DAYS LATER (yea, I wound up delivering my goods myself), I STILL hadn't had a call from the couriers. Well, shuttling an hour and a half, back and forth between my two retail computer repair locations every freaking day just to get and drop off computers is not my cup of tea, so I decided to try another courier. That's when I found Safe Vroom. Cutesy name (sounds like "Safe Room", to me) SERIOUS service. John answered the phone and had me set up with an account within 5 minutes. I didn't need a courier that day (Friday) but I knew it wouldn't be long. VROOOM now we're here today (2019 July 22nd - Monday). I get a computer dropped off at my north store, 35 minutes away from my main store. I call Safe Vroom, John answers again (seriously the same guy that I spoke with Friday!) He got my payment over the phone (I'm going to need courier service A LOT so I paid for many many trips in advance, but you can just pay for the one!). He got it dispatched, and I had my computer (a desktop) delivered within an HOUR and it was AMAZINGLY AFFORDABLE AND there wasn't a single scratch on it!!! PERFECT CONDITION!! John is an outstanding guy, with his family-owned and family-operated "Safe Vroom" courier business. They also offer safe places for people to make Craigslist / Let Go / Offer Up / Facebook Marketplace transactions as businesses can register as meeting locations. Free advertising? I requested a quote from a handful of couriers and within less than 10 minutes I'd received a quote and secured pickup and delivery from these guys. They agreed on a super reasonable price and a time of less than an hour from then. I still had other businesses contacting me with questions on my request for a quote when they had already completed the delivery for me! I think total time from quote request to completion was not much over an hour! They sent a picture of the drop off receipt and completed it in the bracket of time that they promised. It's Not too easy to find someone on a Sunday morning to courier a parcel much less at a great price AND within an hours time. It's amazing!
