They came in with the initial spraying component on October 25 and came back on November 9th to carry out the second phase of powder/glue treatment. We did not find their price high and are happy to report that we have not seen a live cockroach between October 9th and today, November 21. We found the price very reasonal, the staff very professional and the results outstanding. I have also to say that I was happy their truck did not have any advertising on the exterior.

I moved into my house about 6 months ago and recently discovered that I already had roommates -…read moremice. Something needed to be done, so I looked at online reviews and Sawyer came up as a good option. The initial communication was great. I had questions about some of the bugs I had discovered in my basement (the house is over 60 years old, so the unfinished basement is an entomologist's dream) so they asked me to send pictures. I did and they were able to identify the insects and assure me they were not a problem. The technician showed up on time and asked me a few questions and then got to work. As they were going to spray for bugs as well as take care of my unwanted tenants, I was to be out of the house for a few hours afterward. This was no problem, as I had to go to work. When I got home, there was a very brief note on the invoice which pointed out a few areas the mice may have gained entry. One of the places mentioned a gap in a window - no specifics on which window (my house has more than one!). All in all, they did what they said they'd do, but I didn't get any wow factor from them to make them stand out from the crowd.

They guaranteed their work, and said if 48 hours later there were still some hornets, they would do a second treatment free. But they got rid of them with the first treatment. The nest was 20' up in the tree, and they could handle that. You can also call them on the weekend, as someone is always working on-call on the weekend. I'll definitely call them again for any other insect problem.
