Had Pest Protection Services look into this this time and we had such a pleasant experience. A long story short, they trapped the mother and the next day went into the attic and got the babies out. What was so important was John told us how important it is for the mom to be in the same area where they originally give birth for the babies to have a chance at survival, so he looked around and found a nice area under the deck, nested them there and then got the mom reunited with the babies. It was heart breaking to see the mum separated when she was initially trapped, and wonderful to see them reunited. Moreover the services are very reasonable and they really have wonderful staff. Would not hesitate at all to use them again.
