What a fun place to shop! ( especially when you're at a beach getaway with 4 teenagers who know what's in style). I love this store! The owners are always so helpful in picking out clothes and letting you try them and giving you their honest opinion. Really cute souvenir and artsy shop that I enjoyed walking through! Fun colorful items with prices ranging from a few bucks to super expensive. I picked up a little ornament made from sand, that I will hang on our Christmas tree this year! The girl that helped us was really friendly and answered all our questions. Very very very disappointing!! This was my 3rd visit for additional Pandora charms and it was the worst service I've encountered yet! I live in Out of state and my hubby has taken me here for the last three years for new charms. We thought it would add a special remembrance picking them out at our fav vacation and wedding spot. This is is our 1st anniversary and the young girl at the counter was silent. We felt we were ruining her work experience and she did not want us there. I thought I should of just left but my husband kept saying we are here. The girl behind the counter didn't even want to show us trays but gave us the book to look in! if I wanted that experience we would of looked online before coming. I even tried to make it known how rude she was by telling her how unenthusiastic and speechless she was. She didn't even answer me, completely ignored me and didn't even make eye contact still. The only words out of her mouth were for us to look at the book and then telling my husband the total for the two charms. She didn't even make the bag look nice...no ribbon tied, no tissue!!! What?!?! So disappointing! Now I will always remember this with my beautiful new charms that completed my bracelet. Defiantly not Pandora quality. The girl did not give us a name before leaving but the initials at the bottom of receipt is AAF. I feel like my husband should of made the commission on this 134$ purchase. The Bronze Lady is a great shop on John's Pass and Boardwalk. They sell fine market, unique tropical-themed home decor, bags, purses, flip flops (some with interchangeable straps), fashion jewelry, and so much more. The store has two entrances, it's two store fronts connected. The space feels airy and inviting, almost encouraging you to explore. One of my favorite offerings is Pandora bracelets and charms. They have a special John's Pass charm, and one for Madeira Beach. I opted for the latter because it had more layers of beautiful colors and best fit with my other charms. This was our first stop at John's Pass and I didn't want to make a purchase too soon, so I told the sales lady that I return return later. After a few hours of browsing around the boardwalk I was content to make the purchase here, no other shop had the same feel, or Pandora merchandise. read more

The Bronze Lady has some great selections. I love the different items they have to offer. On my most recent visit, the younger girls working in the Pandora section of the store were very snotty. My 14 year old said it was the most unfriendly service we have had there in the last few years. Great products, customer service needs a brush up. We did not feel very welcome because the sales lady acted like we were bothering her. Once she realized we were going to purchase items she perked up a little bit. The selection of Pandora and Vera Bradley is amazing. read more

I walked into The Bronze Lady almost 2 weeks ago and bought a flame less burner starter kit. I was never explained that the block on top of the wick has to stay on. Well, needless to say, I took it off and lit the wick which I obviously found out was wrong. Had I been told this from the sales staff, this wouldn't be an issue in the first place. I placed a call to the establishment on their voicemail, and never called me back until a day later after I had gone on line and purchased another wick. For 12.00. When she (owner/mgr), I really don't know what she was, called me, she apologized for calling a day late. I explained to her the problem I had-- and needless to say, never satisfied me. All she said was I'm sorry you had a problem. This was after I told her I just went on line and purchased another wick for 12.00 and then paid another 12.00 for shipping. Total for something that could and should have been prevented was 24.00. The email I received on Saturday said it was shipped. As of today (Tuesday) I still have not received it. Keep in mind I live in Dunedin which is 25 min. Away from Madeira Beach. I sent an email to the admin of the store this afternoon saying I have no tracking number for my paid product and I can't even check on the status. She called me back saying it says it was shipped Yesterday and I would receive it today. Well-- it's 7:22pm and UPS and Fed ex do not deliver past 7:00pm. I guess I won't be receiving it today!!! Horrible Customer Service and Horrible On-Line service!!! I will never buy another item from this store ever again!! No Satisfaction to the customer at all. I've been in the Hospitality industry for 27 years and know that this is not the way you take care of customers if you would like them to return!! I bring Family and Friends to Johns Pass every time they fly down here from the North!! You can bet we WILL NOT be entering the Bronze Lady as I also will be telling other people about this bad experience. You would think the owner/mgr would have just taken care of the whole cost since this whole thing escalated because of in competence!! And believe me-- I make enough of money that 24.00 doesn't brake my bank. It's the principle of the matter!! Update-- They called me this morning and not only are they sending another wick- they are paying for it and the shipping to get it to me. Glad they took care of it!! Pretty Woman in real life. I came here last week on vacation and was interested in Pandora items. I waited a good 10 MINUTES until the blonde girl reluctantly came over and asked me if I wanted to see something. I thought the way I was dressed (no makeup, baseball hat, jean shorts) was a sign for her to not assist me in thinking I don't have any money, but I was wrong once the Fed Ex man came in for a delivery and she started asking him if he wanted to look at anything!! Are you kidding? I wanted to buy a ring that I have seen around, but the service was horrific. I can buy the ring literally anywhere else. It's a shame that this is one of the nice stores in the area, but the management needs to get a new Pandora sales associate or they will never sell anything. I'm not sure why you'd target the geriatrics since they are on fixed incomes, but go ahead. The Bronze Lady will not get my business. Looks like I'm not the only one who's had issues with this store either. read more

Had a terrible experience with a salesperson on black friday. I was looking at charms in the back counter when she decided to start wrapping gifts. She could easily have turned around to wrap at the back counter so I don't know why she chose the one I was look in. I was straining to look in when I finally said I would be back when she was done to continue my search for holiday gifts. I walked about five feet away when I heard her say to my sales lady "I would have moved if she (meaning me) was nicer" Can you believe that customer service? How rude. I turned around and said " I heard what you said and that wasn't very kind" All the people I was with heard it too and at that second, all of us put our merchandise down and walked out of the store. Very poor customer service. They do need to reevaluate their sales staff. This women has made the experience for us to never walk into that store again. read more
