The greasy Brindisi. The chips are dry and hard, the options sitting in the heat tray look like they have been their since last week, battered sausage is pretty good though, bit small.
But oh my lord the pizzas, this place puts dominoes and Pizza Hut in their seat, the base sauce is full of flavour, the dough is hard enough to get the satisfying crispy crunch but soft enough to let the base soak in just perfectly for one hell of a pizza.
The calzones, the home made onion rings and garlic bread, all amazing.
One of my favourites is called the panzarotto torrese (not sure if that's spelled correctly) now this is possibly their most unhealthiest options on the menu, it is a pizza with a LOT of cheese ham and chilli sauce folded over and deep fried
This chippy is fantastic though, just don't go for the chips, or a smile from the boy with the ginger hair behind the counter, been going for over a year now and never seen his lips shift anywhere but south. read more
