Unfortunately, my rental items were picked up and delivered to me by a 3rd party otherwise I would…read morehave never rented them! I spoke directly to the owner prior to the day of the pickup and was assured that black chairs were available. However, when I received the items the chairs were the wrong color, filthy, and missing tips that keep the chairs from sliding or damaging the floor. There were also chairs that were not the standard table height, and some were missing screws to secure the back. Needless to say, the chairs were unusable! The table was covered in dirt and out of sheer desperation it took me 15 minutes and an entire canister of disinfecting wipes to clean the table before being able to place a tablecloth on it for use. I contacted the owner and never received a callback!! I will never use this company again nor do I recommend it !! I will use Blue Rental Company!! Apparently, this company buys/retrieves discarded chairs from Blue Rental because their name Blue Rental was stamped on the bottom with a blue line of spray paint across it.

I'm not sure how much money one has to spend to receive quality furniture from this company, but i…read morecan tell you - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! We spent thousands of dollars, only to have furniture arrive in unacceptable condition on the morning of my wedding. Our event coordinator had to call a manager back to the venue to attempt stain removal, but many stains remained clearly visible. As a bride, this was BEYOND disheartening. NO ONE should have to deal with this kind of stress on their wedding day. It's clear they have no proper quality control in place to prevent such issues. To make matters worse, I have called the business EIGHT times since my wedding, simply to speak with someone about even a partial refund or compensation. Not once has someone followed through with a response other than "we'll get back to you". I never imagined I would have such a terrible experience with a "premiere" or "luxury" rental company. A company that claims to provide high-quality event rentals. If you are considering renting from them, be warned- you are taking a huge risk with both the quality of what will be delivered and their complete lack of accountability afterward. THE ONLY thing i can say that was done right- was that they added some pillows to help with their mistake the day of. The stains were still visible and compensation should be made for the extreme stress and turmoil that I experienced the morning of my wedding.
