I was not told if any other option and ended up taking two of them in giving me now six cats spending around 1000.00 for vet checks and neuter. Then I saw them GIVING away kittens and other cats that would be around the same ag as my Patches and Tucker. They were taken in the shelter AFTER I asked for help. I have donated my art and money to all the shelters around me and when it was my turn to get help they didn't help me. I suppose I appeared well off financially so they shoved me to the side. They also asked me to write my name and address down so they could send me a card. I never got it. In response they said there was a law that they had to leave space for pregnant cats. There is no such law and when I asked to see the law they told me they were done arguing. Ahd then they told me they were "private" which explains why the shelter is so tiny Filthy and in need of repair. Patches and Tucker are much better off with me but their sister is still out there. So I have to take in the cats dumped on me probably after they were adopted out of the shelter and other people get help? There is something wrong with that

Since our first visit I had two emergencies with my boy George and they got me in right away. The front desk staff is so friendly, kind, and compassionate; the vet techs are absolutely phenomenal, and Dr. Sanders is truly the best, very honest and caring. Did I mention the facility feels like I'm taking my dog to the spa? They've got a bit of a wait for new patients and they do ask for the first visits payment upfront but let me tell you Sander's Animal Hospital is worth it!

They also where extremely helpful in accommodating my dog who is not extremely friendly with other animals. (He does enjoy other people though.) The staff is just wonderful and I recommend this vet to anyone. Pricing is also very resonable, and they are willing to work with you in the even of an emergency. A couple years back my dog was severly hurt and the staff went out of there way to make sure he was stablized and comfortable. Unfortunately he did not make it, but again the staff was overly helpful. They also called a couple days after he passed to check on the family and even sent us a card to express their sorrow for our loss. These are wonderful people doing a wonderful job. :)

They also wanted to remove a tooth in my 16-year-old dog which I thought would be contrary to his health because anesthesia at that age is not a wise thing.. however they thought it was OK. Of course that was not part of the $800.... that was extra as would be any treatment that they gave after they determined The reason for the cough . So I'm sure it would have been close to $1,500 at the very least to treat and diagnose the cough on the dog. Of course the removal of the teeth would be even more..

Was traveling through Johnson City and my dachshund mix needed her nails trimmed. I found it very…read morehard to find any place that had available appointments so I thought I would give Grooming Tails a chance as they take walk ins for nails (cash only). I was met by a woman and two men who were very nice. No waiting. One of the men took my dog in and was finished in less than five minutes. Her nails were nicely trimmed. She hates having her nails done but appeared to be no problems with my pup. She was also given a treat on the way out which made things even better for her! If I was living in the area I definitely would go back.
