This cat has multiple issues,…read moreand I felt that Veterinarian Assistant Rebecca and Kristin O'Callaghan, DVM, both took their time in listening to and considering each of them. I felt like they really cared about my cat's health, and that they want to help her get some relief. When I called after the visit to get some information about over-the-counter treatment suggestions discussed during the visit, Coral was very helpful in obtaining the information directly from the doctor. I look forward to working with the team at Companion Animal Hospital, and believe that they are truly invested in helping my cat.

Immediately they attended to him and said he most likely would not survive and Beau was put to sleep. I was out of town at the time but my husband shared how everyone was very comforting and caring. This cat cafe was absolutely incredible and really worth checking out if you are in the area…read more Truthfully it's probably the best thing in Kingsport, Tennessee at the moment. The owners here are absolutely down to earth very friendly people. We booked for a whole hour and it was endless fun. We got to all the cats, spoil them with treats. We even got to hold a few cats and we even met some of the feistier ones that normally the staff associate with only . They got a great variety of merchandise too. Prices here are pretty reasonable for what they are worth and most these cats are up for adoption at the same time. Very clever process for how they run business! They had a calming atmosphere when you walk in featuring music that helps keep the cats happy which then helps the experiences of the guests. They color code the collars so you know who's friendly, and who needs space. Overall, it was absolutely enjoyable and worth coming too!

While I have met 2 wonderful cats of whom I adopted at this establishment Catista (Callie) and Copycat (Bashful), I cannot excuse the way management operates this establishment. At one point I came here to adopt a cat by the name of Chocolate Fudge. To make a long story short, this cat was not having good synergy with my household and showed no signs of getting more comfortable. Since I don't have a car, I paid $100 for a round trip. This trip was to A. Return Chocolate Fudge so she can find a better home than me since it's the responsible thing to do, and B. Find a new cat to adopt. They refused to serve me for the adoption on that trip based on their personal views of "Oh it's too soon to adopt another one". Isn't the point of adoption is to give these animals a good home so long as the adopter is a good person? Not waste adopter's time with your personal views? Months later, got a call from this establishment asking me to relinquish my registration on Chocolate Fudges microchip. I said "Seriously? You waited for months to ask me for this? Not on the spot? It's kinda not my issue now" but eventually consented to it. Eventually after getting a ride from a buddy, I came to adopt another cat for me an my husband to enjoy. APARENTLY they wanted to be all passive aggressive with me about my first review and waste my time for AN HOUR while forcing me to swallow my pride and apologize. AND leading me to delete my original review for this place. All so they can tell me same visit adoptions are no longer a thing management allows and for me and my husband to go home empty hand despite having a history as a wonderful pet owner. Talk about petty. Now this update review is your karma in spades. I eventually sent my friend as a decoy to adopt Kirby (Thor) FOR ME in which the papers and cat can be legally handed over to me to bypass the bull crap. This place tried to prevent me from adopt this cat but Joe Felix Rosenburg ain't stupid. I'm not coming back here. I may have adopted some winners from here before, but even good businesses will be ruined by terrible management. I will be finding a new place to adopt future pets because I do not support adoption clinics that puts their morals and values above what is right for the animals. And I'm especially upset that I had to swallow my pride, and apologize just to STILL be sent home without a cat. As a Level 8 Local Guide, I'm giving this place a 1/5 Stars.

I was very impressed that the second the vet walked in our room and noticed our dog was nervous He sat down on the floor against the wall as to make our dog not feel intimidated. He didn't push any unnecessary vaccinations on us, answered all our questions and was overall delightful.
