We have used Quality Inspection Services twice over the past three years. We had multiple people…read morerecommend this company as well as our realtor. We were told they do a very thorough job and we would not be disappointed. All of our references were right! The first time we hired them, it was on a starter home in the city while the second time was for our lifelong home in the country along with a shop. The two homes were very different from each other and both times they did an awesome job! This company is very thorough! They found things from caulking issues to electrical problems to a malfunctioning air conditioner (that would have been very costly for us) to hail damage on the roof. There were a few things they found on the home that they told us to ask the sellers about to verify. Not only are they thorough, they are also very friendly and arrive on time as well. I would much rather have a thorough inspector who does not brush things to the side so i know the house is of good quality and we will not have issues right after moving in. If you want an inspection where things will not get missed, call these guys!

His services fortunately saved me a lot of time and money on a house that I thought would be a good deal but turned out it was NOT. David used his over 19 years of experience to pinpoint every little issue that needed to be fixed or wasn't up to code. I am very pleased with his services and will be using him again for any future home inspections needed. A little background on finding an inspector. David was recommended by two experienced professionals. I decided to do a little homework before choosing who was going to be right for me. I went online and researched reviews, choosing the top 5 inspectors to call and compare pricing and back ground. As I went through the interviews, David was best business partner I could find for the specifics in my situation. I would recommend you all do the same before choosing someone based strictly off reviews. Do your homework. Thank you David for your service.

Apple Roofing did my roof 1 year and 4 months ago and the shingles are already trash. Their racket…read moreis that they give you a 3-7 year roof and gamble that it will need to be replaced under another insurance claim during that time instead of the roof they promise. They've refused to follow the manufacturer's recommendations and IRC code requirements, and their shoddy craftsmanship has caused interior damage to ceilings in multiple parts of the home and flooded the basement. They faked repairing the leak the 1st time, still leaked the 2nd time and broke the siding causing additional water intrusion, and lied about the water testing, and are now refusing to refund me my money despite the entire roof needing replaced and additional damages from their negligence. We also caught one of their employees peeping at one of our family members in the bathroom! They still haven't even apologized! But they did complain that I'm preventing them from fixing it unless I let their contractors repair the water damage they caused. I'm not letting those people in my house --it's a safety issue at this point! Their regional director Robert Baldwin appears to be a gaslighting narcissist incapable of not compulsively lying about anything and everything. He even blatantly lied and blamed me twice now for him not arranging for the repairs to be done. This isn't incompetence or negligence at this point. This is how they do business. Robert Baldwin has made that crystal clear. They take the gamble that most of their customers aren't going to catch them on their shoddy work or be able to deal with scheming. If I'm not issued a full refund immediately, I'm pursuing criminal charges for the privacy violations, illegal unlicensed public adjusting activity, and violation of consumer protection laws in addition to suing them for all of the additional damages caused by their poor craftsmanship. I can corroborate all of these claims with photos, drone footage, expert witness testimony, IKO/manufacturers' installation instructions, and code requirements. I'm literally a building consultant and water damage expert myself, but I've got a team consisting of other building experts and consultants, an architect, a master roofer, and 3 public insurance adjusters. I was trying to play nice but this has gone on long enough. These people are idiots or delusional if they think they're going to win this fight. This is going to cost them at least 3X what I paid for the roof after the additional damages and legal fees because this is such a slam dunk.

And then when the quality of work (shingles missing, already blown off, exposed flashing, nail pops, overlapped shingles) is poor, you have to higher a private home inspector and then threaten legal action. This business should close. They have no right to treat people they way they do. They also broke a window, poked a hole in my AC condenser, and damaged our brand new composite wood deck ($5000 to replace the boards) We are currently working with a manager for the company to resolve the issues. Will update when it's complete. I could go on but there is probably a character limit. Seriously, do not higher these people.
