Bought a couch for 850$. Should have known it would not be good quality because Of how cheap it…read morewas. The couch broke in less than a week because it did not have all the required supports. When I called trying to return it because Of a manufacturing defect the owner told me that it was not a defect. For two weeks we went back and forth because he wanted to give me another couch which I did not want because it is cheap furniture - I only wanted my money back. When he finally agreed to refund the money he was going to charge me a delivery fee for a truck to come pick up the defective couch. I refused and drove it in my self. The owner is incompetent and makes a living off of selling cheap (quality and price) furniture. The only good thing about this business is a salesman named Daniel - he straightened everything out. Needless to say, I will never give them any business again because of the terrible customer service I revived from the owner Chen. I hope you all spend the extra money and go anywhere else.

We didn't feel like we were being sold to at Mattress Mart. We wanted to do due diligence so we went to a local competitor who treated us the polar opposite. It was a very easy decision to turn around and head back to Kim and we got everything underway. We got a great price on our new setup. Delivery was very fast and the crew was friendly. They set everything up in about 30 minutes. Overall, very happy!
