I told him that I have a relative that would do the job for me at no cost. The damage is in a very highly visible spot and is a rip about 4 inches long in the linoleum. After much discussion he was only willing to give me two hundred and fifty dollars to help with the expense of the job. He took care of everything in one phone call, in 15 minutes I had brought the new appliance and arranged delivery, installation and removal. I had an excellent experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and shop here again myself. The delivery team arrived exactly as they had said, keeping us updated and informed of progress. They were efficient, clean and friendly and took all of the packaging and the old appliance away after installing the new appliance. What an easy experience.

There was one man there obviously with a customer couple so we approached a woman sitting behind a desk. She looked up and said nothing. No "hello". Not one word to us. It was if we didn't exist. The man saw us too but said nothing to us. A simple, "I am busy right now but will be with you" would have been great. But NOTHING. Zip. Nada. The woman behind the desk could have said the same thing "the salesman is busy but...". The couple shopping were obviously embarrassed as if they wanted to acknowledge us. So, we left. Unbelievable. We support our local businesses but in this case we warn everyone to not waste your time and do not support this business. Customer service goes a long way. We went to another locally owned store, gave them our load of money and bought appliances from a happy, professional, customer service oriented person.

I was helped from a young man named William over in the tool area, and honestly, he was excellent. Even though he mentioned he had only recently begun working there, you wouldn't have guessed it. He showed great respect, something I rarely encounter these days, and he took into account what I needed instead of pushing me forward quickly. I had gone inside seeking welding supplies, assuming I roughly knew what I was after. But William made the effort to pose questions and ensured I actually had the proper equipment for the job--he knew his stuff. It turns out, I was short on some things I hadn't considered, so he certainly saved me an additional trip or two. That standard of care and genuine customer service leaves a lasting impression. He didn't regard me like just another face in line. He confirmed I got all that I needed before I went. For years, I've been visiting Home Depot, and moments like these serve as a reminder what keeps me coming back. It's beyond just the supplies--you enjoy service and assistance from individuals who genuinely care. William, though a young guy, he is certainly a valuable member of the team.

The tellers are supper friendly and have always been able to get me someone to help load the heavy stuff. I also find that even when I have a big heavy order like concrete bags, they still have a smile and good conversations while loading my truck. I do not recall ever, where the store did not have what I wanted or a better replacement for what I needed and to be honest I do not in any way see how anyone could only give them a two star rating. These people work hard and have always had a smile for me and always tried their hardest to help in any way possible.
