When he heard what happened, he informed me that he would do his best to get back to me within 40 minutes. Shortly after, he called back to let us know they were able to squeeze us in for an appointment (which we are grateful for!) Alex was so kind and patient with my 5 year old. Throughout the process, she took her time and gave him tiny breaks when needed while also making sure I liked how it was turning out. She was able to keep the hair that he had left, so he's not bald. The end result exceeded my expectations & my son is happy with his new haircut.
