We showed up at 1:25 and the place was PACKED, so we didn't think anything of it. We walked in and the server immediately told us, "Please sit on this side, we're closing at 2." Mind you, it was still 1:25... we followed her instructions and sat on the side she wanted us to since they were closing in about 30 minutes, and there were still TONS of people in the restaurant. The server who took our table immediately seemed annoyed that we had even sat down. It was me, my mom, my grandma and my daughter. My grandma is 85 years old and very hard of hearing. When the server came back to take our drink order, she rudely said, "What do you want to drink?" My grandma didn't hear her and thought she was asking what she wanted to eat, so she started telling her what she wanted. The server then loudly and rudely said, "I SAID DRINK." At that point I was completely fed up. I told my family we were not eating there. Nobody is going to treat my 85-year-old grandmother like that, especially over something as simple as her not hearing you. We walked out and told them we weren't eating there because of the way our server was treating us. Everyone just looked at us like deer in headlights. On top of that, the restaurant itself was dirty and did not look very clean. I understand restaurants have closing times and employees have things to do, but there is absolutely no reason to be rude or disrespectful to customers, especially an elderly woman who is hard of hearing. Needless to say, we will not be back and I definitely do NOT recommend this place.
