The young guy in the store tried to help me, but the older guy wouldn't even make eye contact. Talk about total disrespect. I'll never support them again. Not having what I'm looking for is one thing, not helping in any way is another. Then, just being jerks and acting like they don't want to help at all is plain stupid.

Going in there I felt like I was disturbing the employee by approaching her asking questions about their products. She had a beautiful name and was pleasant to speak with, but I wished she was a bit more proactive with her customer service in the store. I shop local so I don't use the giant online stores but I do expect a level of service. Anyhoo, I purchased a couple items and the other items I was going to purchase, I'm going to get elsewhere. I'd use the store again for little items just as a quick shop to drop into, but otherwise nah.
