I dropped off my brothers fender bass amp to replace the input jack 6 million years ago and was…read moretold 1 week maybe 2. Very simple, easy. Called back after a month of not hearing anything and was told that they were waiting on a part that they normally have and is super common. They are only out because they did a similar repair last week. Called back a couple weeks later, said still waiting on the part but it will be here the 8th. Well, today is the 17th and I called in. They said they don't do bass amp repairs and asked am I sure if I dropped it off there. I brought my claim check ticket to the storefront and thankfully they were able to locate the amp . I'm currently inside the store waiting for the amp to be brought back to the store location, as they had it stored offsite for some reason. Said they would be here in an hour. I don't have high hopes of that happening. Wish me luck. In not a review guy but I have the time today as I wait. Moral of the story: music connection Redding is the standard for business these days. Lacking communication, care, and any pride for their business. They know they are the only game in town and don't need your business so they'll get to it when they get to it and in between you can just sit and wonder. You're not worth their time to call and update you. 30 seconds is too much while they are so busy. Except when you go in there there is no customers or any work being done. Just look how they leave their shop trashy and junked up. All while getting treated like you're inconveniencing them for asking them to do their jobs. Thanks guys! Update: I've been here an hour and they did do some work. They tuned a guitar for a homeless guy.

The young guy in the store tried to help me, but the older guy wouldn't even make eye contact. Talk about total disrespect. I'll never support them again. Not having what I'm looking for is one thing, not helping in any way is another. Then, just being jerks and acting like they don't want to help at all is plain stupid.
