The florist, who DID NOT read the date of delivery which was CLEARLY STATED for two weeks time, (after the wedding), sent the flowers the next day and not in 2 weeks as requested. I was offered a refund at first, and then later refused. If I insisted on a refund FOR THEIR ERROR, the boss was then going to go and collect the flowers from the Celebrant and Hairdresser. Have you ever heard of such appalling customer service? They have lost my business for good and I will ensure others find out how this boss treats his customers.

I liked that she didn't make me feel silly for asking what I thought were really basic questions about flowers. Her quote for my bouquet was very reasonable, within the top three from the ten shops I enquired to. I didn't end up going with this florist, so I cannot comment on the service, but I have since brought the odd bouquet. The flowers are always rich in colour and fragrance, and last for ages.

There are so many florists that just stock the regular cottage garden flowers and plants, and while these are beautiful, sometimes you just need to see some vibrant colours and interesting foliage.
