Parking garage located in the heart of the action. Very close to independence Hall and all of Philadelphia's big tourist attractions. Garage is clean, secure, well maintained, with abundant spaces. Spaces are not overly tight. Be sure to bring your ticket with you after you park. You will need it to get back into the garage and you will need to pay before exiting. This is a good security measure, as it keeps the riff raff out of the garage. Neighborhood is safe, well lit, and well populated. Prices are quite reasonable. I parked for many hours for a little over $20 on a Saturday. 24 hours for $24, which is a bargain. by many big city standards. This is my go to parking garage whenever I go into downtown philadelphia. read more

DONT forget the ticket to bring with you when you go out since you'll use that to open the doors to go back in. The customer service is not really helpful in opening the doors if you left it. this is the worse Parking Garage in Saratoga Springs, NY! It never works with the credit card, and there is never anyone to help you get out. if you call, the person is not helpful at all. there were 7 cars waiting behind me today, and the guy would not open the gate for me. Probably one of the most colorful (freshly painted) , well lite, and clean parking garages I have been to. However, people can't park & took up two spaces so we had to go up to level E(not the garages fault). It's a tight squeeze when turning up the next level for large SUVs. If you have an SUV you will want to be careful where you park cause you'll want to get out of there too. Yes, it's expensive - $22.00 for 6 hours. It was around the corner from the Museum of the Revolutionary War and a few blocks from Independence Hall which is where I wanted to be, so we saved on walking time. I'd park there again. read more

On the sign outside the garage it says early bird special enter before 9am and leave before 6pm. To my surprise upon exit it says Only Monday-Friday. Please update your signage to reflect correct prices for the different days of the week. read more

The garage is ok. The problem is that you have to scan your parking ticket to get back in. Many times the ticket will NOT open the door. There were four of us outside, not able to get in. We called for help. The guy remotely "opened" the door. We still could not get in. The guy hung up on us. So we had to call back. Finally, we all got it. read more

Was looking for parking to attend a friend's gallery opening last Friday. I actually paid online and saved some money for the three hours I was there. Parking was in a good, central location. The parking spaces ARE tight and I was genuinely concerned I would come back and find a ding or two in my door, but all was fine when I returned. I could see how some larger vehicles might have trouble parking here, but for the typical sized car it isn't too bad. $7.99 for three hours, in Philly... works for me and I hate paying for parking. I parked at the Bourse as a last resort because I was running late to an event. I was worried because this garage charges pretty normal prices for short-term parking (as in, an arm and a leg!), but when I checked in, I discovered a deal good for all night-time parking. Any day of the week, check in with Yelp after 5 PM and receive a special evening rate as a deal. I ended up paying $8.50 for the night, which was a great deal for Old City. I will definitely use the Bourse for nights when I'm the DD. A side note: very narrow turns, so watch out! The location really can't be beat if you are going to Old City for the evening (the next closest parking with cheap rates that I've found is like three or four blocks farther west). read more

Excellent location in old city. Rather than the $40 valet at the Monaco, I parked here overnight for $25. Saved me a few bucks! It's literally right around the corner from the hotel. Steep ramps, tight parking, but definitely doable. (have a pretty long car...) Attendant very friendly. read more

The Bourse Garage is great. I use Parking Panda to pay for my parking and the price via Parking Panda is pretty good compared to other garages that accept Parking Panda around. Be very careful when heading there is a little hard to find the entrance the first time you visit. Make sure you bring your ticket with you after you park because the garage's doors lock behind you and you will scan your ticket to unlock them, also make sure you remember the level you parked on to make it easier when you leave. Finally, I agree with the others this garage is very tight, and I took pictures of my parking and the cars around me in case I came back to a dent in my car, but everything was fine. read more

This parking is in a great location and it 13 bucks if you are in by 7am and out by 6pm. Cheapest in the area. I the only complaint I have about this lot is that SUV and Pickup Trucks park in the spots that are for compact cars olny. I wish the would really start telling people to stop parking on these spots. read more

The Bourse Garage has an excellent location and a decent price for the area, especially as an alternative to valet parking at nearby hotels. It's a very large garage, with somewhat tight spaces, and I had no problem finding a spot even when arriving during a busy time of the day. One caveat: the entrance isn't well marked -- just look for the garage entrance on Ranstead St. that's past the alley after the entrance to The Bourse shopping center. read more

$9.00 for 9 minutes is a RIP-OFF! We visited the National Museum of American Jewish History. They validate your parking and you can park there for 4 hours for $9.00. We returned 4 hrs. and 9 minutes later and had to pay $18.00. I felt taken advantage of. It's close to a lot of attractions, but it seemed like highway robbery. Plus, you must use a credit card. On 3/28/17 I drove to Philadelphia for business meetings. I was staying at a nearby hotel, and thought the Bourse was their garage. I quickly found a parking spot and called the hotel, who advised this was not the correct parking location. I pulled out to the exit---I could not have been in the garage for more than 3 minutes--and when I put my ticket into the machine, the machine could not read it, or rejected it, and charged me $28.00---for 3 minutes. I have called the phone number for the Bourse Garage and received a voicemail---the individual on the voicemail says he is with a realty company---no mention of Bourse. What a waste of money. read more

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE. I booked online with a rate of $12 for 6:30am to 5pm. I am on a team at local hospital and an emergent patient arrived and I was not able to get to my car until 6:08pm. They charged me an ADDITIONAL $17 on top of the original $12. Would be great if in the middle of helping a patient I could just stop and pick up my car from the garage. Don't try customer service, I had to contact twice to even get someone to respond. The response I got was essentially telling me "Too bad". Park at one of the other options that will give you legitimate rates and not rip you off. read more

I had a voucher to use to get parking for $9, but they didn't honor it, even when I was informed by a local high end restaurant that they do honor the voucher. Their clock for tickets is five minutes fast, so if you think you are in before 9 at 8:55 (according to your phone clock which is set by the NIST), you aren't. They are always making changes they don't explain. More and more spots are reserved for people not of the general public. And just today I went to park there and the garage was full. I've been parking there at least once a week for a year. I am always in around 8:50. I have never seen it being even close to full. read more
