I was welcomed warmly by everyone from the front desk staff, the nurse Sarah (who is also amazing!!) and by Dr. Eliopoulos, herself. I was completely comfortable. Dr. Eliopoulos spent more than an hour with me for my consultation and provided so much education about the procedure and what I could expect. I was very impressed that a physician would spend much time with a patient, especially for a consultation. Her nurturing approach to caring for her patients was just as impressive to me as her impeccable attention to the detail of her work. She understood what I wanted to achieve and helped me to set realistic expectations. On the day of surgery, she made sure I was completely comfortable. She confirmed they had only enough medication for a partial fill but could get the remainder 1-2 days later (my local Wags only gives broad, vague estimates). When I picked up the RX, I saw only 2 women working the pharmacy, both busy, but another friendly, efficienct transaction. Next day I picked up the remainer, yet another positive experience. Went inside the store this time and noticed the it was clean, shelves were neatly stocked and in-store employees were friendly as well. 3/3 A+ Wish my local Wags was like this one.

Given that the pharmacy is normally closed on Sunday, I see this as a huge issue for many customers. I hate speculate, but a beautiful sunny summer day and no pharmacy employees are available, sure. He has a rare, warm, beside manner and I feel fortunate he is looking after mom. He currently works 2 days a week, so making an appointment can take some lead time. He has a patient portal, although it is limited in use. You can use it to communicate with him/his staff, but features such as updating current med list is not an option. You can email them with updates as a work around. Otherwise, at the beginning of the appointment there is a manual review and update by an assistant. Location in Chelmsford is easy to get to with plenty of parking.
