Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. All their plants look well cared for. Green and luscious. Healthy. There were many succulent varieties and I felt like a kid in a candy shop. As I'm fairly new to the hobby (been at it for just a month) I wanted baby succulents as I love to feel accomplished tending to them and seeing them grow. They had many 4-inch pot plants but very few 2-inchers. Still, I managed to find a baby bear's paw and cobweb plant I wanted. We went up to pay and the staff/cashiers were happy and friendly.
