The gentleman with curly long hair was very impolite -- no hello, no acknowledgment, no courtesy. Even when I said 'thank you, good night,' there was no reply. Very strange experience. What you can expect here: EXTREMELY well organized, immaculately clean and easy on the eyes, outgoing, friendly and very knowledgeable staff that gave honest opinions and feedback on the hookah I selected at the lounge in the back. Which brings me to the lounge in the back- GORGEOUS decor. Extremely cozy, chill vibes, will take song requests but the music was great, intimate enough for a date but also lively enough to make friends and have a good time. Such a cute spot. And the hookah lasted a relatively long time, was extremely well made, didn't make me nauseous and was really smooth I say this as an avid hookah smoker. They also offered wine, beer, and non alcoholic beverages as well as sold a selection of Asian snacks I've seen at other shops as well. My only feedback would be to offer more flavors (though the two mixes I tried were great and customizable). And for the store front, I would say they offered less of a variety than other shops I've been to. CONGRATS ON THE NEW SPOT!! Very well done

I had gotten the super berry blast smoothie and tbh it wasn't that bad. I mean the ginger flavor was there but it gets less potent as I kept drinking it. They also state they offer delivery service but each time I've called and asked for delivery, "the driver is out sick this week." Today my order was taken in a hurry (not sure why Bc they aren't ever overly busy). I can tell she wasn't listening so I repeated it. She hung up and had to call back Bc she didn't get it all together. I picked up the order and was treated horribly. Came back to my office and 2 of the 6 were completely incorrect. I called and she tried to say it was my fault that she didn't understand me. I speak both English and Spanish fluently, AND I repeated the order in my initial call plus when she called back. I asked her to please bring me the correct food and she said she couldn't do that just Bc of a misunderstanding. Also, the way she speaks to the other worker that's there is downright degrading.
