I placed an order with Goldstar liquors through Drizly app and it said it was supposed to arrive around 5 PM this past Sunday . around 7 PM I checked the app and it says that my drinks have been packed and they are waiting to go in route still. So I'm questioning what the holdup is and I decided to give the phone number for the store listed on Drizly so I could call to find out where my package was. The gentleman who's answering the phones working on sundays is just such a disgrace to a business. The worst customer service I've experienced my whole life . When I called the store and presented them with my questions he abruptly cut me off and said "no you cancel that order" and hung up on me. For the record I never canceled my order and I attempted to call the store five more times only to be hung up on each and every time. To top it all off , not only did they charge my card but I never got my drinks..

But my daughter took a few steps around the corner and there they were! The salesman was surprised. No problem for us. They had what we needed. They also had a 2 for 1 sale on Tequila that was a really good buy. I like to keep an extra bottle in our cabinet for housewarming gifts or friends that may stop by. The salesman was cordial and happy to help us and professional. He explained some of the brands that they carry and their location. We will be back again in the future. The vibe was casual and friendly.

World Market & Cafe, not to be confused with the US chain retailer of the same name selling…read moreimported goods. This World Market is located in Hollywood, Florida, it is an international grocery store. This store is so packed with merchandise, and the isles are very narrow, while the shoppers are coming through from every direction with their carts. It is messy and chaotic. They have mostly Russian products, there's also Japanese, Swiss, Turkish and much more. Their prices are higher since the products are imported. The name is misleading since there is no Cafe. You can certainly buy everything necessary and have it at home. They also have some fresh, and some unique fruits and vegetables. If you're looking for an international product or if you'd like to try something different, stop by the World Market & Cafe.

I asked them to please double-check, but the response I received was basically, "What else do you want me to do? There's none left." I drove to the store specifically because I needed it, only to find an entire refrigerator stocked with seaweed salad -- literally about half of the refrigerator was full. I called back to ask why I was given completely incorrect information. Nobody answered my calls, and the calls were being declined. On top of that, I expect employees to communicate with customers respectfully and professionally over the phone. There is no reason to speak to customers rudely or dismissively. Very disappointing customer service. If you don't know whether an item is in stock, simply say that you're not sure and check. Don't give customers false information and then ignore their calls.

If you are looking to get alcohol to make drinks over at the beach or maybe by the resort pools, I would highly suggest getting your liquor here. If you want a single beer or premade mixed drink, they also have those. Compared to the prices of the convenience stores, this place is a great deal. My only complaint is that the aisles are very small and I have bumped into something and was super scared I was going to break a bottle!

First off I came here on a mission to get Margaritaville brand Margarita mix. I went to the location in Victoria Park and surprisingly they didn't carry it. So I was out doing errands and thought I would stop here. Nice parking spot directly out front sure did help. Once inside I beeline to the mixes. Not only did they have what I wanted but carried it in Skinny which I also bought and Mango. While I was there I got some other items that I never had seen before like Captain Morgan's premade rum punch. Also got Triple Sec and Bailey's as it's Tis the season. Also got assistance in helping me find everything by associate Angie. It was a truly wonderful shopping experience and definitely I am prepared for the holidays.

The friendly service from the man behind the register had us chatting up and someone says "you could only get better if only you delivered." :-) They do!
