I just moved to Yankton and had a great time at DJ Bingo. My chicken tender basket was hot and fresh and the staff was incredibly welcoming!

UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE: Your response saying you're a family-owned business is NOT a good excuse…read more The people's negative experiences speak for themselves. If you can't listen to your customers, then you shouldn't remain in business, plain and simple. If you're going to rip people off, that's only going to make your customer rate go down and do business with you less. If you don't follow your promise to fix your machines, it shows what kind of business you are and what kind of staff you're hiring. I have once filed a complaint on your company's website about my experience and did not hear back from their customer care department. Your "focused not on the past but today's players" is not a good excuse to disrespect the older generation of players. An arcade business should respect ALL generations of gamers, not just focus on the present. If you can't respect the older generation of gamers, then you should NOT be allowed to be in business, plain and simple. Thank you for showing us what you're really like, but please show the public something else other than the fact you guys would rather swindle your customers with dirty deals and then play the victim when we the customers are pointing out the obvious that you guys need to do better as a business. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If you want to have fun in a place that rips you off and has a terrible variety of games and other machines, then this is the place for you. After Maude's Pizza in the old Chuck E. Cheese's space nearby closed down a few years ago since the property management declined to renew their lease in favor of this business inside the old Sears space, this was my reason to check it out. They don't even have the arcade machines from back when we were kids in the 80s and 90s like Maude's Pizza did. The staff at this location are unpleasant including one middle-aged woman who got in my face for no good reason. They have a lot of machines that look good on the outside, but on the inside are another story. This arcade center cares more about profits than they do their customers and they do little to nothing to fix any machines that have problems. They have done little to nothing to learn from their mistakes. They will only say "sorry" - only to go back to their old selves to justify horrible service. Please close this place down and replace it with an arcade business that has a better variety of arcades, including ones from the 80s and early 90s. This particular business could care less about their customers.

I wish I could put 0 stars, but that is not an option, so I give this a 1. This was the worst…read moreexperience i have ever have at an arcade ever. I went there and their game malfunctioned, giving me less points than I was supposed to have. The employees were very disrespectful when I tried to explain the situation. I showed them photo evidence of the nonfunctional machine, and I recieved was a nasty stare and disrespectful language. I left empty handed and disappointed in what was supposed to be a happy fun time at this new arcade. This is not an exceptable situation, employees need to be looked over for they are very disrespectful.

I enjoy eating here with my family when we do come and eat here at Walt's (we call it Walt's here…read morein Crofton) the service is good, foods good, I'm not a local but family lives in Crofton and I enjoy eating here every once and awhile. It may be biased because this place has some nostalgia for me in it too but overall good food and good service.(they sometimes give kids tootsie rolls on the way out too!!)

This is the place where locals go. Probably because there's really no other place for locals to go…read morelol. But I think they go here because it's also a long time establishment, a fixture, if you will, that got its start in 1946 by Walt and Eva. Who is Walt and Eva? Well I don't really know, but there's a big plaque of quotes about them on the wall so feel free to read up when you're there. From what I could gather they were locals, married young, married forever, who created a place for folks to eat, drink, and have something to do besides farm and drink in pastures. This place is loved. It's also drenched in Nebraska decor. That actually might be an understatement. It's covered from head to toe, light fixture to stool, napkin to salt shaker, with Husker stuff. And it's old. And I hate to say this...it's dusty and dirty. But that kind of adds to the charm I guess. I certainly wouldn't eat off the floors or anything. The food is a yummy hot meal with no frills. I had the fried chicken, which was moist. It could use a little salt/seasoning in the coating. I liked that it was crispy. The fries were also good. They had a nice crunch. The macaroni salad was yummy. Classic. My friend had a BLT. She really like that the bacon wasn't super fatty. The tomato soup she had was typical tomato soup. It wasn't homemade but it was hot. I thought it was sweet that they sell tiny ice cream cones, which we had for dessert. Just typical soft serve. I hope they clean the machine! The service was good enough. There were only a handful of people in the restaurant. We were there before the lunch hour. They also sold discount liquor and trinkets near the front of the store. We didn't check out the adjoining recreation/bowling hall.
