If you can't listen to your customers, then you shouldn't remain in business, plain and simple. They don't even have the arcade machines from back when we were kids in the 80s and 90s like Maude's Pizza did. The staff at this location are unpleasant including one middle-aged woman who got in my face for no good reason. They have a lot of machines that look good on the outside, but on the inside are another story. This arcade center cares more about profits than they do their customers and they do little to nothing to fix any machines that have problems. They have done little to nothing to learn from their mistakes. They will only say "sorry" - only to go back to their old selves to justify horrible service. Please close this place down and replace it with an arcade business that has a better variety of arcades, including ones from the 80s and early 90s.
