If I could leave zero stars, I would…read more This is the first review I've ever written -- not because I'm one to complain, but because the level of service I received at this shop was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I brought my boat in to have speakers installed and the gauges repaired, which were not functioning. After a diagnostic, I was advised to replace the impeller. I agreed, thinking it made sense to get everything done while the boat was already in the shop. When I returned to pick up the boat, the total cost was significantly higher than what I was originally quoted -- with no prior communication or explanation. On top of that, the interior of my boat was returned to me in unacceptable condition: oil and grease stains on the carpet and seats, as if there was no regard whatsoever for cleanliness or care. To make matters worse, after using the boat twice, the speakers and amplifier already stopped working. I reached out, hoping for a reasonable conversation about resolving the issue, only to be told it's not covered. No accountability. No effort to make it right. And as a final touch, a cup holder went missing during the installation -- which they also dismissed. If you're looking to overpay, have your boat treated carelessly, and receive subpar workmanship, this is the place. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

We were dealing with a very stressful and expensive car issue, and even though the problem wasn't his responsibility, Elijah made every effort to help us find a solution. When you're in a situation like that, having someone who treats you with patience, kindness, and a genuine desire to help makes a huge difference. There is absolutely zero overspray anywhere--every edge, body line, bolt, and trim piece was masked perfectly. It honestly looks like it came from the factory this way.
