She rushed through what should have been a highly technical, multi-hour process in exactly 3 hours, cutting every corner just to clear her chair for her 12:00 PM appointment. She completely miscalculated the toner formula, allowing it to over-deposit into a flat, muddy, solid dark color the literal opposite of the light inspiration photo I provided. To make her laziness worse, she didn't even bother to blow-dry or style it properly. I was shoved out of the door looking completely unstyled, messy, and crazy.2.
