Suzie and her team worked with us over multiple virtual and in-person meetings to discuss our style and vision, create a lookbook, and design something that was really unique to us. The florals were definitely well worth the cost (and less than what other florists had quoted us) and really made our wedding design vision and aesthetic come to life. The PacWest Blooms team are real artists, just give them a general sense of what you'd like and the creative freedom to work their magic! The florals were 5/5, beyond our wildest dream! We also did month and day of coordination with PacWest Blooms. Suzie is really warm and kind and really takes the time to get to know clients, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Some parts or our experience felt somewhat disorganized and stressful, however, such as no or very late responses to emails, missed or late meetings, and the day-before rehearsal coordination.
