I loved the color they chose, the bright green really made them stand out amongst the 30 some odd trucks at the event. They drew a large crowd but turned customers around fast so the long line was served very quickly. I had the coconut cream brulee and it was amazing. I would highly recommend! I wish they were slightly cheaper as the portion size was relatively small and mine did not even appear to be torched so I believe they were able to make it ahead of time and then serve, which probably helps them serve customers more quickly and manage the large queue they served at the event.
