I think the game they were playing was called "Balloon Volleyball". 90's country was on and they were laughing and cutting up. So refreshing to see seniors enjoying their lives - as they should. I felt awful, had a 102° fever and full body pain. They didn't do any of the testing I wanted and insisted it was something completely unrelated, completely invalidated all of my other feelings, and made me out to feel stupid. At the end of the night all they offered me was a shot for pain after doing zero other screening. Thank god it wasn't something more serious, because they wouldn't have cared.

Everyone there did everything possible to help my mother get all of her needs met. By the time she left St. Anthony's, her health had improved and she was much stronger. In addition to the special care that she got there, the staff communicated with the family and went above and beyond to get in home health services arranged for her where she now lives. That was very much appreciated, to say the least! None of the family lives in Waco, but we felt very secure having our mother at St. Anthony's because of the wonderful services that they provided for her. If we had it all to do again, we would definately pick St. Anthony's!!
