I went in and was greeted and asked if I had a reservation which I did not. I asked do you take walk ins and the young man said yes. He asked my name and was extremely engaging. He took great care to detail and when I was done I couldn't have been happier. I had just moved into the area and was delighted to find them. As I was told earlier reservations were the easiest way to get service. However, they would welcome walk ins if you did have one. He gave me a business card As promised. Thanked me for coming in and I know this will be my go to shop in the Fall River area. Oh and did I say I was quite pleased with the haircut.

I haven't seen one bad cut come out of this shop. Sometimes while I'm waiting I am amused and shocked at some of the amazing work that gets out of those chairs. Adam has been cutting my hair for about 5 years now and I'll probably will never change barbers. He also owns the place and cares about all the customers that come to his shop, not just the ones who sit in his chair. You can tell he strives for customer service and customer satisfaction! I also believed that once you find that barber that knows how to cut your hair, that you will stick with them. Give them a try and see if one of the barbers there will make your next hair cut look fresh. I would recommend calling and making an appointment if you don't want to wait. But don't worry if your a walk-in because seems like walk-ins always get catered to like they're regular clients!
